Don't listen to all of those whiners, volumes 1 - 6 are substantial to the future plot in volumes 14+. It's an introduction to most of the characters and overall it's really important. If you're one of those people who needs instant action and aren't interested in slice of life/character interaction just read through it as fast as you can. I read the first 10 volumes in two days and I was really pleased with the whole story thus far.

Yeah, sometimes I feel like the only person who actually liked volumes 1 through 6 but they're really cute and not 'plotless' considering what it all adds up to be. It's entertaining, for sure and you get to learn a whole lot about the characters. ♥
