:: OMG. GRADUATION IS TOMORROW. @__@;

This is a late invite but if anyone is free tomorrow from 9 am till about afternoon and wanna come, you're invited to my graduation ceremony. It'll be at CSULB on what they call the quadrangle quad, just follow the crowd of ppl. I'm thinking of maybe lunch afterwards, not sure where yet.

How do you change the size of your tags, music, mood text? And why the hell are all text that has a style applied to them (i.e. underlined, strikethrough'ed) in a lighter color? I can't figure it out. D: Thanks in advance. <-- N/m, figured it out. It was this one stupid line: i, s, u { color: #afafaf; }. >__<; And I was wondering wtf i, s, and u meant the other day, LOL.

:: Final two projects for jewelry casting are DONE.

Both of the projects called for found plastic "junk". We had to manipulate the pieces to make it out own and cast it. One project (the ring) was just to make something outta plastic. The other project (the bracelet) was to make at least 5 multiples of one thing using a rubber mold and wax and use those to make something wearable.

:: For some reason, every time I play the "read random manga" game, it almost always ends up being shoujo. I dunno why.

My most recent reading spree was Absolute Boyfriend and I bawled like a baby at the ending of it. It was so sad!!! But yet, bittersweet. ;_____;

Oh and it bugged me that Gaku-san would say random words and phrases in Spanish. Last I knew, the Kansai dialect didn't involve espanol. Makes me wonder how it was originally written in Japanese. XD;

:: God my sleeping sched and eating sched have been fucked up. It's not that I've been pulling all-nighters but for some reason I'm just not hungry at the times I used to be and I seem to need more than 8 hrs sleep lately. I dunno. Blah.

Project 2 done! \o/~ We had to cast two rings using the lost wax method and the pair needed to be a set while referencing a relationship or connection between the two or the subjects they symbolize. We also needed to write a short narrative to accompany said rings.

Oh god, my narrative's so dramatic. I dunno how it came out like that...not even sure if rings support it well enough. /embarassed

aoi_tenshi today. We went to the Mitsuwa in Torrance. Sadly, the bookstore over there didn't have AKFG's latest. :[ I even called Kino in Costa Mesa and they were sold out. Here's to hoping the one in Little Tokyo still has some. I think I'll call sometime during work tomorrow and see if they can hold a copy if there are any left.

Oh and OMG. D.N.ANGEL HAS STARTED UP AGAIN. We found it in an issue of Asuka. It's been so long that I don't even remember wtf happened in the last volume.

Soo, I'm in my web design class atm. Yes, I know, having comps in the room = distraction to the umpteenth. But teacher's going over stuff I already know in Dreamweaver~

The first project is an informational site. I somehow decided to do a makeup how-to/tips site for Asian women cuz outta all of my ideas, it seemed the most fun to do. While this site may never be an actual site for ppl to use cuz I am not as makeup savvy as I'd like to think I am and I prolly don't have the time to maintain it, at least it was the effort that counted? I dunno. Lol.

Anyway, point of the post! I have NO IDEA wth to name it. :| I want the name to be that when you look at it, you know it's for Asians w/o using the actual word in the name. So no AzNation or something equally as fobby, whether it's spelled AzN or Asian.

So far the list of potential names are:

Y'know, now that I think about it. Silkscreening is fun out of the class environment. It's kinda like cosplay for me: I'm actually kinda proud of these cuz I made them. I might get a kit now w/ my Xmas money (...if I get any...).

:: Here's a pic of my silkscreening for fiber class that some of you asked to see. We had to screen two 2ish x 10ish ft long fabric panels w/ two patterns/motifs/whatever in a minimum of 3 colors. I like the blue one better than the purple one. I didn't realize purple would be so hard to work w/ unless I used yellow, but then it'd keep on reminding me of the Lakers. ^^;

We went to school today (yes, you read right) to mix some of the colors we needed for our silkscreening project in fiber class and found FORTY DOLLARS scattered on the grass near the SPA (I don't remember what it stands for) building. It was so weird. Being somewhat paranoid, I was looking around as I was picking up the money in case it was some sort of bait for a rapist or an experiment/research thingy.

There was an attempted attack last week. A girl's arm was grabbed by some dude who jumped outta a car but she pulled back, looked at him and he ran away. So yeah. Yay, more attacks. :| Be safe, you girls! D:

I just put up the posters I had in my last room and...I think I need new shit to put on the walls. I'm getting sick of what I have, lol.

I also really want a new phone. The old Sony Ericsson one I started using cuz my flip Samsung one got busted is really lame. It keeps on failing to switch b/w calls and retrieving them. >\ I think some online shopping is in hand for a new phone and some posters. Oooh and I kinda want a Mac laptop. So nicee~ 8F

It was so frustrating getting the wireless router to work though. At first, it didn't want me to rename it. Then I was able to connect to it but not to the world wide web. O_o; Then Peter and I realized that the modem and router were using the same IP address. So yeah...after almost a day's worth of WTF WHY WON'T THIS WOOORRKKK!!??!? All I needed to do was change the fucking IP addy on one of them, i.e. one tiny litte digit. Grr. Well, at least it's working now.

:: Ah. House is coming back next week, huh? I saw the cast on the Emmy's this weekend. I dunno where Jesse was...or I totally missed him. Lol. WHERE WAS RSL? D; And boo, Rainn Wilson didn't win! It was really creepy though when you looked into the audience and saw Dwight hovering above ppl, a few rows back from the House cast, hahaha. He stuck out like a sore thumb. XD And I found out that Hiro from Heroes DOES speak English in the show, lol. I was under the impression he only spoke Japanese. But then again, I've only seen his scene in the first ep ever and that's the extend of my viewage of that show. ^^;

I'm sure many of you are familiar with group work. I dislike group presentations, reports, working in general w/ more than one other person cuz someone always flakes.

misschristine16 and I did our low profile sports presentation today. It was on cheerleading. Woot. Ok not really. I'm like antithesis of peppy. Anyway, one girl didn't even KNOW we presented today. She thought we were gonna practice. Wtf. Practice for what? No one said anything about practicing at all. Luckily, I decided to do her part last nite when we realized she didn't email us anything. I saved our butts. 8F

We might go kayaking next Friday in the Los Alamitos Bay. It sounds like so much fun! XD We can go see moon(?) jellyfish. They don't sting so we can pet them~ Then next Monday, we can go do some archery at 1 pm on campus if we want. :O! But, I have class at that time and I can't miss it. =( Our sports teacher just knows so many ppl and have so many connections, it's crazy! The best part, we get extra credit for going. Whee~

Aaah~ So close to being done!! @__@ Just the patches and the bottom black trim. I forgot if I got ppl's opinion on this already: Should I use hooks or velcro for the overlap? >_o

There's some mistakes though. The back of the black shoulder part doesn't line up w/ the sleeve seam. XD; Oh well. And the back split...I need to fix that. It cuts too high up and shows the undershirt, haha.

And omg my legs are so white! XD I need a taaaan.

Oh, I jump roped for the first time since middle school this week. I can still jump in! But I suck at keeping up the jumping, haha. This was in my sports appreciation class. We had some low-profile sports presentations and the group had the class participate. Oh wrestling was one of the other presentations. Man, that sport will forever look gay to me. UFC, too. XD

I found out that if I don't get into the graphic design program (I'm going to apply this fall) and go for studio art w/ a concentration in graphic design instead, I can graduate by May of next year!!! Woooo~! And if I do get into the program, I can just postpone my graduation. 8D My dad'll be pleased, lol.

I went to my first CSULB basketball game tonite w/ my Sports Appreciation class. We were playing against UCI in Wally the Pyramid and we won. 8D The game was kinda boring and got a bit more exciting later on, but the noise lvl wasn't as loud and crazy as I thought it'd be so that kinda killed it. Of course there were your usual crazy, obnoxious male fans, lol. Wow, they provided endless entertainment for me and Christine. XD This one guy had like infiltrated where most of the UCI fans were and was dancing rite next to the band; waving his foam stick thing around, using it as guitar, swinging it, twirling it, putting it in front of his crotch, while they all ignored him, hhahaha. XD And then this one guy in my class was adding onto one of their cheers, successfully making it into "...Irvine SUCKS!" Crazy fans.

silvernaofficer. I hafta say, that was a very good movie. Maybe the movie industry's finally coming outta its long time slump of churning out crap? Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale were oh so hawt~ I want Scarlet Johannson's hair, it was so...wavy and nice, lol. D: The movie was somewhat of a mind trip, but that made it all the more awesome.

Lucille's was for dinner. Their gumbo was omg!salty like whoa. X__x; Never gonna order that again. I also realize I don't like minty alcoholic drinks...It's just odd, like drinking toothpaste, yuck. But, Bonnie and I approve of their spinach and artichoke dip. XD

hm, okie, i wanted to get involved at csulb, join a club or two, get the most of my money, that kinda thing. and i saw a flyer for the anime club. yesh, u're prolly thinking, oh god, u gotta have to be a nerd to want to join that, but the flyer made it look interesting. but then christine told me how she always see a group of people at this entire big table in the student union. they always have their laptops open, watching and talking about anime. and omg...>.> to think i wanted to join...i'm sure they're IN the club and they were basically the typical nerdy white guys who needed a fashion makeover. i think if i joined, some of them would like faint seeing a girl. ok, maybe that was a bit mean, but i swear *shivers* that was scary. i'm so glad i didn't join. ^^;

omg, "a funny thing happened on the way to the forum" is a hilarious movie. it's basically like a roman/greek comedy where things that happen are just plain ridiculous and there's witty jokes, too. oh and singing, haha. the only reason i even saw this was cuz of my "comic spirit" class, haha. but i'm glad i did.

dude, gas prices are starting to get seriously ridiculous. yesterday, i went to school early to get my textbooks (which i need to return now cuz i added a different class instead...>_>) but it took faster than i thought, so i went back home and noticed the price of gas at the station like 2 blocks away. it was $2.83. an hr later, i left for school again, went to get gas and it was $2.93!! it went up 10 cents in an hr. lmao. geez...what's next?

ooo pacific media expo aka pmx this weekend...:D too bad i'm not phsyically going in but i -will- be there as sophia. maybe we'll hang around outside like bums or like banned man-faye at ax, haha. and hooray for a photoshoot w/ bonnie and rika by oscar. alex and vincent need thier sophia! xD

as for school, it's been like 3 days since it started. iono, it's nothing too special or cool. there's a lotta ppl there and everyone seems to be in their own group or something, but then i don't really care that much, i got christine and bernard. i know i'll make some more friends eventually. i think atm, everyone's still kinda in that awkward phase whenever class first starts. also, i haven't really seen any cute guys, not that i'm looking real hard either, but iono, u just get lonely sometimes, i guess. =\ living w/ penny is cool. she does her thing and i do mine's. i'm also glad that like we don't ignore each other in the house, which is something i didn't want. it would suck to just go home and go straight to ur room, just not a good enviroment to be living in. kinda just builds tension or something like that. i just got one more class to try to add then i'll post my official class sched. *crosses her fingers and toes*

i was also thinking of trying to bike it to school but first...i need a bike and also to practice on it so i don't fall like a dumbass and potentially become roadkill. >_< but then that means i don't hafta pay $98 for the parking permit. i did wanted to try this off-campus parking lot and a shuttle takes u but then it's kinda retarded cuz i'm going further away from school and from where i live just to go back to school? haha. iono...i'll hafta think it over.
