So I stumbled upon something interesting at work. Apparently someone in the office/warehouse isn't used to non-Asian/non-squatting toilets?

I went to the restroom and the lights were on, so I thought that someone was already in there. But when I went into the stall I usually go to, I noticed there was no one in the other stall, so then I thought that someone must have forgotten to turn off the lights. Then as I was doing my business, I caught some moving shadows out of the corner of my eyes...then like slight noises, but I couldn't see any feet under the stall walls. O______O

My first thoughts seriously ran from, "Is there a rat?" to "....did someone like HANG themselves *cue looking up to the ceiling for a noose" to "G-ghost!?" Stamping down these rampant thoughts, I took a glance thru the slit in between the stall walls and the door when I walked by to see that indeed, there WAS someone because there was a sliver of striped shirt. I-I guess they were squatting ON the toilet, like feet on the seat...IDEK, LOL. You'd think people would adapt to using European toilets.

So Ben told me that he came home yesterday to a half eaten cake with a note that says, "Dear son, Happy Early Birthday! Love, Mom & Dad". Here's the thing, his birthday's not till April, LOL.

He brought a slice to work. :9

Me: *takes a bite of Ben's cake* It's coffee, huh?
Ben: No, it's not. Guess what flavor it is.
Me: Chocolate?
Ben: *shakes head no*
Me: Toffee?
Ben: *shakes head no*
Me: Caramel?

Me: ....Is it poo?

No, it really wasn't poo. It was coffee...I think. 8|

Wee, going to the gym today with Steph! Let's hope I don't DIE. The classes they offer sound really fun though -- there's hip hop, yoga, your usual stuff and then there's BOLLYWOOD DANCING. Too bad it's offered only in the afternoon. :C

:: Oh man, long weekend ahead for me. I get Monday through Wednesday off cuz Chinese New Year! :3 It'll make up for all the American holidays I spent working. Damn straight. But, I really am looking forward to it because I think I've been burnt out. I kind of want to just get out of LA for more than a night. Ah well...

At least I'm going to see Wang Leehom!!!! 8DD And be in Vegas where I can walk around drunk and make fun of other more shitfaced people. Woo.

And I also get to see bluestraggler!!! :3 I think the plan is purikura (in casual!SE again, loool) and karaoke (oh man, been wanting to sing mah heart out~).

Uhh, SoCal people: Does anyone know of a place or area that has both in either the same plaza or relatively close distance away from each other? Because right now, all I can think of is purikura at Cue in Life Plaza and karaoke in the 2nd floor of the Little Tokyo Mall where Mitsuwa is in downtown LA.

Work was omg so boring today. It was so dead in there and most of the ppl who bought something bought FFVII:AC.

There were like 3 ppl who came in today who totally gave anime lovers a bad name.

One guy came in.

HOW CAN U NOT KNOW WHAT U WANT TO GET!? I was tempted to say that we were sold out. If he were smart enough, he'd look behind the counter and see a whole shelf of them. >_>;

A girl came in. Nerdy with bad acne. She starts to have this like 20 min convo with me about anime and also starts talking about it to these two other customers. Cuz when she came in, me and Lisa the manager were insisting that co-worker Tatevik watch more anime cuz she's never seen any before and I guess she kinda eavesdropped.

Then some girl comes in with a FMA jacket and Naruto headband and bought this Furuba card game we have....no comment.

I ended up getting off early and ended up at Curry House (I can just hear silvernaofficer groan *snickers*) with Lawson. Afterwards, we went to Anime Jungle where I found the CUTEST RO figures. I just had to get them. XD They'll find a home somewhere on my desk.

ahh beck was awesome. i almost didn't want it to end. and now i have an urge so cosplay taira-kun. ~_~ the blonde hair got to me i guess, even though i <3 the voice of ryuusuke's seiyuu. i wanna play the guitar now too, pif. anyone have or know where to find the beck osts? D: maybe i'll see if i can buy them offa somewhere. and is the manga any different than the anime?

i've been thinking of making a list of all the anime i've seen. dunno why, personal achievement? or it might be of use one day? oh yes, lemme whip out my list of anime...>.>;

yup, i'm going back to work for suncoast. only on weekends though. i need the extra moolah. and i hope i don't see (though i doubt imma be that lucky) my semi-stalker. >_< so please do visit and bug me, haha. not too much though...

interesting thing : in the vhs section of suncoast, the best little whore house in texas is rite next to the bible. LOL.

on friday i worked my very first shipment shift, it was from 7 am to 3 pm. i thought it was gonna be SOO bad, like me being really tired and all, but it wasn't that bad. maybe cuz 3 hrs. of it is just sorting the stuff that came in, the store's closed, so there were no customers to deal w/. i'm working that again today, well except i'm getting off at 1. it was kinda hard for me to check all the labels correctly, cuz some of the dvds weren't supposed to be out yet. i missed it w/ this dbz vhs and took it out. oops. =X lol. oh well, only 1 got sold b4 i realized my mistake. also carlos, ralph, and sylvia visited me at work. xD

later that nite, i went to tony roma's for linda's late b-day thingy. it was cool, not everyone went this time cuz they "wanted to get to the point" or so steph said (they just wanted to get drunk afterwards at linda's apt, haha). the grilled mahi mahi was actually pretty good. to think, a restaurant famous for its ribs has good seafood, too. :O lol. me and steph left early cuz i had to take her to uhm..uly's house (wwwaayy up there in the mts. in echo park and his house HAD to be the last one w/ like a drop on one side of the road...@__@) cuz she and various ppl were gonna go to gordon's b-day thingy at the bbking club at citywalk. i think it's kinda sad that it sucked, they said they left in like 10 min after getting there, lol. apparently the music was good, but everyone was old and didn't wanna dance.

oh well, as for me, i went to linda's apt after dinner, kim drove me cuz i didn't wanna drive all the way over there and look for parking, horrendous parking. it's pretty funny seeing drunk ppl act dumb. haha. i, myself, had a half cup of hypnotik (whatever how u spell it), it's like blue punch, haha. and also half a bottle of corona. lawson, who got drunk and supposedly "doesn't remember much" the next day, was like crashing into walls and ppl, lol. victor and linda were all red. hehe. kim, who was sick, just knocked out in their bedroom even w/ melissa and tina listening to all of her 2,000 k-pop songs and ppl drinking and playing cards outside. i think it's amazing that he slept thru all that noise. i saw victor's tatoo, it's huge! but it looks pretty good. oo tommy's trying to look all cool now w/ red uh "streaks" (looks more like spots to me, lol) in his hair, haha.

saturday was blah. and so was sunday. woot, there ends my recap of this past weekend. xD
