dude, it's so hot.....-___-;
May. 14th, 2005 07:04 pmyesterday, my manager changed schedules on me again. T_T i was supposed to work from 5 to 9:30 and then she changed it for me to come in at 2 instead but i didn't get a call until like 3...so i didn't go in till 4. it was nice of her to gimme and the closing keyholder money for food since she changed scheds on us, but needless to say, i was still a bit peeved. it's kinda unprofessional and inconvenient. i mean if u change something, you should notify the person of that change. rawr.
i bought eternal sunshine of the spotless mind yesterday. it came in a two-pack w/ lost in translation, for the price of 1 dvd. :D i haven't seen lost in translation. have any of u? i heard that it was good, but then dan said he didn't like it...so i guess it's a matter of opinion? a co-worker said that it's a bit confusing cuz there're times where ppl are speaking in japanese and there're no subtitles? (yosh! i get to practice listening to japanese, muahaha) eh, i'll see i guess. i still need to watch star wars ep. 2...>_>; carlos is prolly shaking his head in disappoint that i STILL haven't seen it even though i've had his dvd for quite a while now. heh. heh. ^^;;
hm, my cousin from taiwan might come to visit good ol' l.a. that's be cool cuz we always go visit them and finally he's coming to visit us. he's into fashion and architecture so i hope i can be a good host and all. i know he wants to go see the frank lloyd wright houses which i have no freaking clue as to where any of them are...(i have a feeling it's faaar away -__-) but we'll see. i kinda also feel like i hafta show him that l.a. is good cuz he's always raving about nyc even though he's been there twice and also got his freakin' wallet jacked. ~__~ but then again, u can't really compare the two cities since they're pretty different.
