Lolli Lolli Oh Lollipop

I bought a smaller wannabe-Moleskin sketchbook from Kinokuniya the other day. It’s got pretty nice thick paper and a handy elastic tie thing. :D I’d love to start drawing again on a slightly more regular basis and I was hoping a sketchbook I can bring with me wherever was a good start. I guess, we’ll see!

What do I draw in it first? My current quick-to-becoming-obsession: Tiger & Bunny.

I'm kinda d'awing that Kotetsu turned out so disgruntled. I love me some ojii-san. XD

(Ignore that half of Bunny’s face is missing. I couldn’t for the life of me get his other eye to be symmetrical…)

Some random doodle I did during today's critique in jewerly casting. I kinda like this androgynous elf person. 8D; Kinda looks a bit more feminine to me...but then again, my males tend to be pretty boys. X( Maybe I'll doodle him/her/it more, hmm...

The lighter shaded shapes around the eyes supposed to be eyeshadow btw. ^^;

Aaah, I kinda want Fanime to come later. Schoolwork + work + sewing is like...catching up to me. I think I'll finish all that's needed for the con, but ugh. It won't be too much fun.

I started watching the Taiwanese adaptation of Hana-Kimi today on YouTube thanks to ziggybecket. I lovelovelove the manga so I was skeptical of the T-drama being that most of them kinda suck. ^^; Then somehow, I always end up watching a handful of them when I am over there visiting my mom's side of the fam, haha. The adaptation's not as bad as I thought it'd be...if u ignore the wrong uniforms and a few other minor things. They're actually following the storyline so far (well I've only seen ep 1, lol). As for the characs, I LOVE Nakatsu! XD He is SO stupidly goofy! ♥ Sano's not bad either~ I dunno why Umeda's so creepy. ;__; Nanba's creepy gay and Senri's so flamboyant, it's hilarious. XD Then there's Mizuki. I didn't like how it was that one girl from S.H.E. but I'm getting used to her. D: Ah, this'll prolly suck up some of my vacation time...

I also watched The Promise today. Borrowed it from my cousin before he returned it to Blockbuster. I hafta say, the movie is oh so pretty. Like wow but overly done w/ bad CG. ^^; The story was also a bit weak. I kinda watched the whole thing for the evil villian. XD Nicholas Tse was hot in that role. He was like perfect. Had the whole insane, superiority complex going. He reminded me of how Kadaj talks. AND HE WAS GAY. Ok, not like he went after Kunlun or the General. But he wore FEATHERS and fought w/ FANS. Ahaha. XD

I drew little Harry Potter doodles for a few of my coworkers who're HP geeks. I didn't get Harry done yet, he looks retarded anyway, lol. So here's Ron and Malfoy. And no, please no R/M...ew...actually NO HP SLASH PRZ. DX Oh and it barely looks like them. XD; Ah, I tried. I can't really draw chibi's either, haha.

I was bored in class, didn't wanna think about the next project, and was also somewhat emo/depressed for unknown reasons. I dunno why I do this. I fluctuate b/w being happy/fine/normal to emo/bitchy. And I know most of the time it's not PMS. Blah.

The rain didn't help either. I couldn't find my umbrella and as luck would have it, it rained from 8 am till now. It was a wierd slanted misty rain, too. Then I stepped into a HUGE puddle I didn't see and of course, ensuing string of profanities came out. >.>;



He needs a bigger forehead or something...XD; Something looks off about his forehead, I think it's the hair, can't draw long hair. xD;

i fail! D: i should be working on my minimum of 10 page fucking research paper...for what class u ask? oh, u're not gonna believe this but it's for human sexuality health. yes! i am taking that class...i kinda wish i didn't. the courseload is almost more than the rest of my classes combined. or at least the assignments require more killing of trees at one time than the rest.
