Here's a new urban legend: Case of the haunted cell phone.

Ookayy. I think my new cell phone is possessed. O___o;;

It was sitting at the foot of my bed, with me on the opposite end on my laptop and it somehow turned on...by itself.

I received a text message ziggybecket sent like 3 hours prior and then the phone promptly restarted itself. I took out the battery and turned it back on to try to turn it back off and the power button wouldn't work.

Then like it finally turned off...just to turn back on again. D:

WTFFFFFF.

It is currently laying on my desk with the battery OUT. Eesh, kinda creepy.

I wonder if it's cuz I dropped it on the ice on Sunday...but it's not like I let the ice melt and seep into the phone, I picked it up right away to wipe it off. And I doubt an impact can make a phone go haywire like this.

The weird thing is that it was perfectly FINE all day today up until now.

Let's hope it's really not water-logged somehow cuz I was going to try to tell the cell phone guy that have gave me a defective phone. XD;; Well technically, there's a burnt out pixel on the screen...so it is somewhat defective and has two other problems with it that I don't know if it's the provider's fault or not.

WOW, well at least it is not texting you images of rings or something. Then it would definitely be possessed. And you would probably have to dunk it in holy water, then burn it and cover it in salt.

Mine's been doing that lately when I plug it into the charger but I just attributed it to old age and a faulty charger o_O

Even if it texted me images of rings, I can't see them and maybe I'll be spared from the curse? One of the problems w/ the phone is that I can't see/download picture messages. 8D;
