voodoo and hoodoo boo!

so yeah...a few days ago i went to see "the skeleton key" w/ a few of my friends. i didn't wanna see it at first but we couldn't find anything else remotely worth watching, though there WAS "march of the penguins", lol j/k. meh, the movie sucked. =\ well the subject of voodoo or as they call it, hoodoo (er don't ask me, something about voodoo's a religion and hoodoo's just magic) is somewhat interesting but in the end, the whole thing w/ the sacrificing someone to gain years on you was more of a body switch, not the usual someone literally dies kinda thing u would think of. and iono, it wasn't really that much of a surprise to me that it kate ended up being "sacrificed", i just wish her friend would've sensed something fishy. it WAS a surprise though that the lawyer guy was in on it. haha. what i don't get is who that kind blond blind old lady was in the shack listening to the hoodoo record while it was pouring rain outside. anyone know? lol. hm..the way they did the flashback was kinda cool though. but i still feel like it was a waste of my $6.50. lol.
