Darker than BLACK
Oct. 11th, 2007 04:41 pmSo...I finished Darker than BLACK. I'm kinda sad to say the ending might've been a wee bit too opened-ended for me. There were so many things left unexplained. I wonder if they're leaving it like that for possible future OAV or something, but that sounds too good to be true being that this wasn't that popular of a series.
Waaah, why do the characters I like die? November 11 and Wei. :( Why does Wei have elven ears though? Lol. I also liked the Furuba!Kyo look-alike cop dude. XD And Hei's hot and a bit ol' dork as Li. Aah, guess I'll always be smitten by the mysterious dark types. But then again, Nov 11, omg. HOT. Esp, this. What I would give to have been Mao. *o* Speaking of him, I would've loved to see how Mao looked like in his human days, ah well. He was the only member of the team that didn't get some sort of back story ep. And they never really explained how Hei got his powers sans the payment part either.
Ah well, overall it was a pretty good series, I'm glad I watched it. :3 It kept stringing me along w/ all those damn plot twists and cliff hangers. Not to mention awesome animation, but you can't expect any less from Bones can you?
