✿ So...Anime LA. There's not much for me to say about this con cuz well, I only ended up going on Sunday because I was suffering from a rather nasty NYE SARS. I actually still have the cough from it. D: Overall, it was pretty chill -- I just loitered and lollygagged around wearing Yui with a group of awesome moe people that included

itsuka,

konishii and Kellen. Also got a chance to sit down and chat with

nerdcore which somehow is rare. So that was nice. And as always, it was a pleasure to hang out with

random_karen in her sexy UK!pirateness. It was awesome seeing everyone that I did! And I'm sorry to those I missed~ ♥

I had to fix up Yui from last ALA's snapped strap mishap. This time the beads were thread through with jewelry wire, so yay no risk of snapping! Except, of course something had to go wrong cuz it ain't cosplay until you've had a wardrobe malfunction. >.<; I apparently didn't crimp a crimper bead hard enough to close it off entirely and the loop popped out so it ended up being sewn onto my dress somehow. Fun times.

Apparently my SD card decided to go kaput that weekend. All of the photos that Bobby and I took are corrupted. :C So uh, here's several from my phone and the rest were yoinked off the internets.

A few more here. There's one of us all jumping up but it seems the guy who took it hasn't uploaded it yet ~~and it better be good. He made us jump a bajillion times...in heels...on damp grass. We were sinking...DX~~

✿ I was actually planning on wearing Spartoi!Maka with her coat, but alas that NYE SARS got the best of me. Karen knows! XD;

I took more pics but like...they didn't really show progress. Fail. XD So you get pics of how the coat looks like as of now. I'm also fixing the stupid sailor collar. Maybe I'll take pics of that when I get to it...We'll see.
