Language barrier?

evanaeSomeone in the parent company's fobby store asked me to reorder some Foodsaver bags. I ordered two different sizes last time - two 11" and two 8" wide rolls.
Me: "I'm reordering those bags you asked me to. Which size do you need?"
Him: "Oooh okay."
Me: "Uhm. I bought two different sizes last time. An 11" wide one and an 8" wide one. Which on did you want me to buy?"
Him: "Oooh okay. You gave me four last time right?"
Me: "Yes....two 11" wide ones. Two 8" ones. Which one do you need!?"
Him: "So four, right?"

My Chinese is not even that bad. Or is he just retarded?
I'll get to my Fanime report soon, put up Anime Expo schedule once I get confirmations and also a slew of other things I've done since my last post. Whoopsies.
