Okay, final question to SE ppl.

According to the poll, it looks like it'll be Friday evening for the shoot. I was thinking maybe b/w 5 pm and 7 pm so there'll still be at least some natural light to use.

I drove my ass up to SLO to visit bluestraggler yesterday. It sucked having to drive back down after only being there for a total of like 5 hours. >_<; But it was awesome seeing her~ Her kitties were so cute, too! *___* Viola is a bit psychotic though, the guy is so much nicer (kinda).

We had food, walked around a bit in downtown SLO and then perused cos.com and watched a bit of Gundam 00. Except I kept on making fun of everything. XD;

Operation: Clean the room to fit my junk is coming along well. I came home last nite to a reorganized room. It seems my mom took it upon herself to move shit around and it worked out well. The room looks like it has a lot more space now. Yay~ I still need to sort thru things though. =__=;

Ugh, why does my head hurt? *finds some Advil*

Okay, I really should get to that AX list rite about now.

I'm not going to say a specific time just yet (I need to figure out when/if things are going down on Friday), but for now I'm going to say any time in that frame is likely fine (maybe not 4:30). I'll give you more info once I get it.

(I just bought some red contacts today so I don't need to borrow yours. XD Now I just need to get up the nerve to try them layered on my prescription ones and see if I'll be able to see at the shoot or not. lol)

I just threw in 4:30 for the helluva it. I dunno why, lol.

(I layered contacts at Fanime for the Code Geass R2 shoot. It was a bit funky at first, but you get used to it. I just don't recommend wearing it for longer than several hrs cuz yeah, they say it's bad for a reason. XD)

I'll probably wear an old pair of contacts with them just in case. But whoh, RED. Kind of cool actually (lololol cool... I'm already in character). The costume's slowly coming together - I found the perfect pants today! - so barring anything weird happening I'm still on for July 4th (even though I'll be wearing vinyl, wool, and jeans XP).

You'll be the coolest of the cool. /thumbs up ;) (Don't worry, I'm in the same boat. Long sleeved button up, vest [which I haven't seen anyone w/ surprisingly but they might be smarter...), and black jacket. @__@)

Btw, do you happen to know what might temporarily but strongly hold pleather to uhm the sole of a pair of boots? ^^; I was thinking double sided tape but haven't tested it yet.

Maybe. Or possibly some good strong velcro with the sticky back? That stuff requires a good yanking to come off of clothing. I tried using hot glue for some covers once, and they stayed on for a good amount of time before the movement and temperature worked them loose again (and now I need to reattach them).

I'm not sure if the velcro shape would show through the pleather...we'll see. Did the hot glue leave marks/stains on the boots? I don't really wanna permanently kill this pair (unless I somehow find a pair I can kill but that's been fruitless so far). :(
