I never was very into politics. I'm not exactly apathetic over it but I guess it always has been a bit over my head. But yes, I voted. I actually mailed in my ballot on Halloween and no, my thing didn't come with a sticker like nerdcore and ziggybecket's did. Lame. Oh well. I'm just glad only one person asked me if I voted today. If everyone had asked me, I would really have liked to have that sticker so I can point to it with my middle finger. 8D

But :D @ Obama.

1A is an uber cool and good idea, I just don't think it's the right time for it. As for a few others, I don't know if getting more bonds is a good idea. Do we want to be in even more debt than we already are?

Anyway, excuse me while I have my vodka-spiked apple juice cuz I had nothing else in the fridge to mix this nasty Skyy with. Why drink it then? Well, someone's gotta try to finish it.

*edit* I feel that there's hope yet for the acknowledgement of same sex marriage. silver_ruby and a few other ppl in her comments brought up a good point. It is like history repeating itself. I mean, how long did it take for African-Americans to gain rights? Then women? So yeah in time, it WILL happen...I just hope that I'll still be here to see it. But it IS progress.

Bah @ some of the other measures that passed or didn't. :|

I didn't get a sticker either ;__; since I voted two weeks early. But then a friend was passing them out! :D so I ended up getting one after all. XD; (and then not using it to get free anything ^^; ...)
