the gamer (lame one at that) in me
Dec. 17th, 2004 08:30 pmhm..so yeah...i called in sick for work today. =X well, technically i AM sick and i guess i wasn't feeling as bad as i was yesterday or the day b4, but i did have this really bad headache in the morning. i also knew i'd DIE if i worked another 8 hr. shift w/ this cold. X_x so, i didn't wanna take my chances, haha.
i was bored so i started a new game on ffx-2. the game is cool but damn, i hate it that u hafta get 100% in order to see everything, like the secret scenes and stuff. i restarted cuz in my other game, i screwed up somewhere and didn't trigger something, so i got stuck and couldn't do anything. T__T afterwards, my sis beat the last monster/shuyin on her game to see the ending scene. and i realized, i really wish the square-enix ppl made the scene where shuyin and lenne reunite into the really nice good quality cg as they do for the beginning and ending scenes. they're both important characs that deserve it. *sigh* oh well. it also got me thinking, it'd be cool if i made a hella good baralai cosplay. XD cuz i haven't seen a good one. but, *ahem* that'd be quite hard...heh heh. ^^; i think i'll wait till my skillz are better and i got more costumes under my belt cuz i still only have that one costume : sophia from last exile (which i'm planning to improve for future con-wearing). there are also WAAAAYYY too many yuna's and rikku's running around at each con. and the majority of them aren't even good. >__>
as for the next costumes...i'm still not sure who i'll be...if my sis and her friend are still going to be doing soul calibur 2 and ragnarok (the game) characs (though cosplays from ragnarok the manga would be KICKASS but a bit hard ^^;;), i would do xianghua and huntress for AX'05. but i would like to do samurai 7's kirara. =D oh! and chrno from chrno crusade will definitely be on my list of to do's.
