I'm being indecisive here. I think they're pretty much similar and hence my indecisiveness as I don't know which would be better. But then again longer is better cuz I can always trim it shorter? Idk, I'd love you guys' opinions.

Wig is for Koyuki from BECK:MCS:
Ref #1 - from manga
Ref #2 - from anime

Wigs in question:
Wig A - Longer in the back (I'll have to trim it shorter), bangs are longer, ear-tails are shorter, it looks kinda more layered...but it could just be how they styled it in the pic. Seems like a bit fuller than Wig B.





I think this is how it looks un-styled and most likely what I'll get in the mail:




Wig B - Shorter overall. Back is shorter, bangs are shorter, ear-tails might be too long, less layered? bluestraggler was saying bangs may not work cuz it looks like they're meant to be swept to the side and therefore I can't make it go straight down like i the first one, but I'm not sure. I don't see why I can't style it into what I need. Seems less full than Wig A?

I think that with Wig B, you could style the bangs to go forward, but you'll probably need to trim it slightly.

I don't think I'd need to trim the bangs. Actually, my concern is that it might be too short, lol. I I'm not too fond of anime's hairstyle for him but figured I'd throw it in there for refs.

I was thinking that maybe once the bangs were forward that the bangs might be in your eyes (they would be in mine, LOL). The rest of the wig wouldn't need trimming, I don't think. I'm horrible at wig styling, so I'm not sure.

They all look really nice and doesn't look too expensive...I'm guessing each wig would cost just under or just above $30 including fees if you get the lower quality wig fiber.

I think either might do, but since Koyuki have really short trims on the front, maybe style A would be better?

I think I'm okay with trimming if need be, but I'm not sure if like my head + hair would be too big for the shorter wig, hence making it too short? XD; Wait...wig A? It has longer bangs, lol.

Where do people find wigs like these? It's so hard to find short wigs for male characters! I was going to say you could probably use the same style wig I have for Sai, but it isn't really layered like these.

I'd say wig B myself as it looks like the bangs are just swept to the side because they're long and they're coming from that center point. The less altering one needs to do the better in my opinion (though I suck at anything in the realm of trimming so I shouldn't talk).

I could trim A shorter...I think I'm just concerned about the front fringe parts...:\ Aahhh, I don't know!!

I didn't either XD But I wanted to send one to a friend so I walked into halmark and was like "Is there such thing as a Chinese New Year card?" (this was after I had tried looking myself with no luck) and the lady gave me this look of "are you an effing idiot?" and said "Yeah we do"

What a rude lady. :( As far as I know, no one actually gives out cards -- it's not Christmas. That's why it's a surprise for me, too that Hallmark carries them. Maybe they're just trying to bank on all holidays. XD;;
