So the zoo. Los Angeles Zoo to be exact. It was fun. It was hot. It was a tad bit too crowded for my liking. It was cool to see all the animals, but at the same time I was a bit sad too that they were enclosed.

We got to catch the bird show. It was a bit short...but wow crazy birds!! I wish I got pics of them but they were kinda flying in and out from everywhere. It's really fascinating how smart birds are.


They had dinosaurs!

How were the rest of the enclosures? I went a year ago and it seemed like it was all just small plots of dirt with very little shade or vegetation, even for the jungle-type animals, and it made me pretty sad.

Some enclosures were puny and some weren't half bad, but of course it'd never compare to their real habitats. :\
