evanaeer whoops, been a while since i updated, huh? i meant to do it earlier but this week's been on heck of a busy one. -__- hooray for a 3 day weekend!!!! XD
today i saw the incredibles w/ my friend, mike, someone i met while playing that game i play. anyway, it's a pretty good movie. it was slow in the beginning but got good towards the last half. there were some parts that had several ppl in the audience cheering, haha. i like how so far all of pixar's films have been good ones, they're keeping up the standard for comp. animated films. =D we could've watched the polar express, but uh...it didn't seem as funny as the incredibles and it's november, i don't think i wanna see an xmas film in november. lol. dude, the puente hills mall, where we went, is so asianified. lol. there's in indoor pond w/ those big goldfishes that's like well known for asian culture. but then again, apparently that area/city is mostly populated by asian ppl. there was a 99 ranch market across the street from the mall! c'mon! haha. we went to eat lunch at t.g.i.f. that was the first time i've been there and i'm glad i went, the food was pretty good. XD well, i DID go to a t.g.i.f. in taiwan like several years ago, but i don't remember how their food tasted like. it was quite funny afterwards, cuz i needed to go back home to pick up my sis from school. but uh...i couldn't find my car. O_O!! and well, heh...it turned out we were on the wrong side of the mall than from where i actually parked. ^^;; #^^# it's not my fault the mall's shaped like a giant cross and that the four entrances all look exactly the same...T.T and it was also my first time being there. >=P
last thursday (the 4th), i had to go to jury duty. T___T; i was actually called to go on like the 28th of september but uh...i kinda forgot to call the week i was supposed to call so then they sent me a notice saying if i don't go this time they might fine me like 1,000+ and/or put me in jail. >_> sooo, needless to say, i went, haha. it was like the most boring 8 hrs. i've ever spent. ;__; i spent like $10 for an all-day internet pass cuz they had some comps in the back of the room. that killed like a good 2 to 3 hrs. i was just playing yahoo games w/ vil. i won in literati! w00t! XD but he murdered me in go fish which is kinda sad...cuz that game's so easy, haha. i guess luck wasn't on my side. anyway, i then had like an hr and a half for lunch. i just ate downstairs at the court's cafeteria. the scary part was that their cheeseburgers were delicous. the patty was actually juicy and stuff. O_O! *drools* LOL. afterwards, i wanted to go back on the comp (i didn't pay $10 for nothing =P) but i had a feeling i wouldn't be able to snag one, so i bought a book instead. originally, i wanted a novel but couldn't find one i liked that was the size of an encyclopedia, so i settled for a manga. i ended up getting gravitation though i said to myself, i wouldn't buy it...but ah well...i needed to kill time and the book store had a really poor selection of manga. =( and now, i must buy the rest of the volumes, wah. i read so fscking slow (i had to get back at 1:30 and technically wouldn't leave till like 4 or 5) that the book lasted me 2 hrs. and i still wasn't done w/ it, haha. the good part was that i never got called so i don't hafta do jury duty for a whole year!!! w00t!!! yay!! *dances* i hafta say, i feel that i have done my duty as a u.s. citizen. i feel rather nice...NOT! >=P
iii'mm so fscking sick of schoooool....why can't the semester be over already? i know i only have like a month or so left but still...i already lost my will/motivation to study and do my h/w on time. -__- i still need to apply to the cal states, lol. i PROMISE i'll do it either tonite or tomorrow. ^^;;(*cough* yeah...rite!)
uhm...i think i was gonna say something else but i don't remember anymore, hahaha. XD oh well...i'll leave u all in suspense now...dun DUN DUN!!!

Date: 2004-11-23 09:00 pm (UTC)how is the job going? funnie how you, steph, and myself work at the mall yet we've never seen each other. maybe we will as the holidays approach. ummmm, so yeah, i think im gonna need your help. we are doing a secret santa for the club im in at school, and i got this girl's name who likes anime. her boyfriend metioned cowboy bebop, something wolf (i think), and yeah, so im hoping to get more ideas that you anime lovers would like as gifts. i shall talk to you later!
